If you don’t have an account please contact the church office on 04 568-9479 or email [email protected] and we will create you an account.

To Reset password you can click forgot your password on the login screen and enter your email address or username. This will send you an email where you can reset your password.

If you want to update your password you can change it when logged in. 

1. Click on Your name 
2. Click on Edit profile
3. Enter your new password in the password field
4. Click update profile

Your password has now been changed.

If you have forgotten your username you can request a password reset. This will send you your username and a password reset link to your email address. You can alternatively contact the church office via email  at [email protected] however we may need to verify you with a few details first.

It’s a tale as old as time: Your username just doesn’t suit you anymore, and it’s time to make a change.

If you’d  like to give your previously set username a transformation, the best way to do so is by contacting the church office at [email protected] with your desired username.

Keep in mind, Usernames taken by other users can not be used. 

• You CAN include: Numbers, hypens (-), underscores (_).
• You CANNOT include: Blank spaces, periods, and other special characters.

To access the media library you will need to enter your username and password.  The church office will have Emailed you a link to set your password. 

No, the church office has to register you as the library is for church members only. 
You must become a member to get access.

Yes, Chromecast/Airplay is supported and a symbol is displayed on the player. 

Once logged in you can edit your details for your profile.

To edit your details:

1. Click on the your name (Top Right of menu bar)
2. Click on Edit profile.

Here you can change any details like Username, First name, Last Name, Email address and  upload an small profile avatar image.

Once details have been changed click update profile and your profile information will be updated.

No, you must not share your username and password with others.
